Got Some Questions?

What's a CRM?

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Manager, and exists to help you do exactly that. A CRM allows you to keep track of your customers and your engagements with them. You can track activity, appointments, contact and more. You can then produce reports to show how your engagements affect your business, so that you can identify what is most effective for you!

Do I need this?

It’s an interesting question. Do you need a car? It’s not necessary, physically you can walk anywhere, or use other modes of transportation - a car just makes life a whole lot easier. It’s the same for a CRM, many business will trundle along and cope without the use of a CRM, but doing business with one will certainly make life a lot easier!

Is my data safe?

Absolutely! We have implemented many security protocols to ensure the safety of your data. We use industry standard 256bit SSL for the connection between the end user and our servers; each Paradigm account uses its own database that is completely separate from anyone else’s; passwords are stored using a super-strong one-way encryption algorithm. All the standard stuff you’d expect.

Where is my data stored?

We use data centers in the EU. So you're fine for data protection laws, and the instability of the US-EU Safe Harbor Agreement

What about backups?

We run multiple instances of every node the Paradigm network for redundancy. We also take individualised backups of your data twice daily. Data stored in the system can be rolled back independently of other data regardless of these major backups, thanks to the robustness of the system.
